2021 Nissan Kicks instrument panel not lighting up properly

I've got a 2021 Nissan Kicks, and the instrument panel isn't lighting up right. The brightness control doesn't seem to change anything. The right side is fine, but the rest is pretty dark.

Has anyone experienced this or know what might be going on? Any tips would really help!

The right side is lit and the rest is dark, it's probably a backlight issue inside the cluster and could be a bad LED or internal connection and then your dimmer doesn't work either, you might have a fault in the dimmer circuit or BCM, but the cluster itself is a common thing kind of, check for loose plugs first, but it might need repair or replacement if that doesn't fix it

I haven't experienced yet but if the panel light isn't functioning well, it can only be a bad LED or something wrong with the wiring.
