Shifter upgrade

I like my Nissan Kicks a lot, but I feel like I like to make some modifications and changes. Nothing super crazy, but I'd like to start with the interior, specifically the shifter. I don't hate it, but I'd like it to be a bit more elegant and discrete. Is something like this even doable?

It is absolutely doable, you can swap the shifter for something sleeker, just make sure it's compatible with your model. There are plenty of aftermarket options that'll give your interior a more refined look
